Test Design

The aim of the design process is to produce the highest quality test — one that produces the most useful information in the shortest time and with the fewest resources. Hence, the designer must balance a number of conflicting requirements. This requires a high level of professional skill, experience and creativity to be truly effective. Resources are always limited and the demands of test users are always high.

Lidget Green has designed and developed high-stakes tests for a number of government agencies. This includes K-12 English testing systems for US states, as well as high-stakes testing systems for adults in US government service.
